Mario, Fabian and Sanga are amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! We had a window panel that had started fogging, so they came out to take a look and quickly determined that it was still covered under warranty. They helped us through the process of ordering the replacement, and I was shocked at how fast everything moved the new window came in within just 2–3 days! Once it arrived, scheduling the installation was just as easy. They showed up right within the scheduled arrival window and had the entire job completed within an hour.(still within the arrival window time) I really appreciate their efficiency, communication, and respect for our time. Another huge plus they were incredibly pet friendly! We have both cats and a dog, and they were completely comfortable and considerate around all of them, which I really appreciated. Fast, professional, helpful, and efficient from beginning to end. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend them!

Brian & Joe, my installers, were very very kind, informed, willing to explain to me what they were doing $ answer any of my questions. The whole process was great! Diego, the project supervisor, was also very helpful & kind. I checked “Not Sure” about the price only because I didn’t get any other bids (like I tell everyone else to do!! LOL). But I liked that they have been in business for 40+ years, I have a lifetime warranty and it’s transferable to the next owner.

Mario was more than great! Helped fixed our issue and then some! Explained everything and left us with no questions and put in requests for things we needed ASAP compared to other experiences we’ve had this was the best hopefully Mario will be our assigned tech!

This is our second time using FHIA now Reunity. We initially used them after a lot of research. We have never been disappointed. The team is professional, accessible, and knowledgeable on the products they sell. Laura (agent) and Otto (scheduling) were so amazing we truly appreciate the group texts and almost immediate response when we reached out. The product is amazing. They don't sugar coat what they can do to get a sale. They tell you what they can do without waiver. Love the integrity. We have had no problems with our installation in the last 2.5 years. Laura went above and beyond and delivered earlier than we could have imagined. Elías was my salesman and he did a fantastic job explaining how the whole process works with the installation of all my windows. He also demonstrated how the windows work to seal the heat or cold out using the double pane with argon. The installers came and did a fantastic job they replace all the wood around the windows with good pressure treated lumber. They cleaned up afterwards like they were never there. Thank you Renuity
