Brian & Joe, my installers, were very very kind, informed, willing to explain to me what they were doing $ answer any of my questions. The whole process was great! Diego, the project supervisor, was also very helpful & kind. I checked “Not Sure” about the price only because I didn’t get any other bids (like I tell everyone else to do!! LOL). But I liked that they have been in business for 40+ years, I have a lifetime warranty and it’s transferable to the next owner.

My husband and I built our home in 1989. He designed it after a Virginia style farmhouse, complete with tin roof and wrap-around porch. We decided to have a more authentic look with this style of house, to install 6’ wooden windows throughout our home. Now over 35 years later, several are needing to be replaced! We were pleased to have Connie Mares from Renuity come to our home today to share a variety of options in window replacement. Connie’s demonstration and explanation of choosing vinyl windows with total window replacement, showed us that this was definitely the route to go! Although our wooden windows look wonderful with our style of home, in choosing them when we did, our vision of the upkeep and care was not realistic. We appreciate Connie’s thorough demonstration of this product, especially in the quality of the glass protecting our home from sun damage, especially on the westward side of our house that gets direct sunlight. This is our second time using FHIA now Reunity. We initially used them after a lot of research. We have never been disappointed. The team is professional, accessible, and knowledgeable on the products they sell. Laura (agent) and Otto (scheduling) were so amazing we truly appreciate the group texts and almost immediate response when we reached out. The product is amazing. They don't sugar coat what they can do to get a sale. They tell you what they can do without waiver. Love the integrity. We have had no problems with our installation in the last 2.5 years. Our whole experience with Renuity from the initial design visit and quote through the installation was exceptional. It was refreshing to have a contractor who communicated updates and answered questions in a timely manner. Also, our installers (Jacob and Luke) were very professional and managed the challenges of our old house/bathroom in stride, communicated their progress (and explained challenges), completed the work on schedule within 1-1/2 days, and did a good job of cleaning the project area after each day.

Elías was my salesman and he did a fantastic job explaining how the whole process works with the installation of all my windows. He also demonstrated how the windows work to seal the heat or cold out using the double pane with argon. The installers came and did a fantastic job they replace all the wood around the windows with good pressure treated lumber. They cleaned up afterwards like they were never there. Thank you Renuity

My name is Susan Bowers I’m not technically intelligent so I got my Minister Maaria Nelson to take a picture of QRCode . Today I had a wonderful encounter with Jackie H. She is fabulous and caring of us who are retired and on a fixed income. She came in and very lovingly told me she could help she stayed from 10 a.m 300 p.m working diligently working to meet what I could afford. Very and kind and no pressure like most sales persons do.
