We had our bath tub replaced with a walk in shower using the Costco/Renuity service with Kohler bathtub products. The initial consultation was scheduled quicklly. Andy provided a thorough explanation of the products and services. There was excellent communication throughout ( kudos to Temperance!). The installation process was professional, efficient and interactive with communication at every step. Floors, etc were covered for protection and the workers cleaned up before leaving. We would highly recommend Renuity services.

The sale and installation of 2 slider windows in my living room was a seamless process. Every step was coordinated and I was fully informed. The workers were skilled and professional. My house is much brighter and quieter and all in time for hurricane season!

Maikel and Marcos have been wonderful, very efficient, and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs window installation. I also would like to mention John, the consultant at the Benjamin Rd. office in Tampa, FL; he was very helpful, professional and friendly. Also, Ms. Anne from the Customer Service Dept. was very helpful and professional. Likewise were the management team, Shawn O'Brien, Rafael Garay, Jorge, and Kevin. Great team!

Buying hurricane impact windows is a big expense and is daunting. This company, from sale to install and inspection answered every question, proactively kept me updated, handled the HOA application, the permit from the County and coordinated the inspection. They did everything for me. The workmanship to install was nothing short of impressive: skillfull, focused and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The experience was extremely positive and I am singing their praises to everyone who asks me about my new windows in the community.

We are very pleased with our Renuity cabinet refacing project. The finished cabinets look beautiful, and the team worked hard to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction, resulting in a great overall experience.

Fabian did a great job on my sliding window repairs. He is knowledgeable and polite. He removed his boots before entering the house and did a clean and quick job. I highly recommend Fabio the technician from REUNITY.

I had a few issues with my windows that were installed in 2019. I called last week and by Friday already had a confirmation call for my Monday appointment. Mario was on time, patient, friendly, and very thorough! He found the issues and took the measurements needed to replace screens. I’m very happy with the customer service and work!

Joselys and his team did a great job. My new windows look amazing. They did awesome at wrapping and isolating their working area. I thought I was gonna end up with a ton of cleaning to do and in reality it was very little cleaning left. Definitely the kind of crew I would recommend for your replacement work
