My experience with Renuity was absolutely perfect. I'm so glad I chose them. First, the salesman that I talked to was almost impossibly knowledgeable. He had answers to questions I didn't even know to ask. I fell in love with the stone product they use for the shower walls. It's beautiful! The crew who did the labor, Allen and Kaleb, were clearly experienced and made up one of the most competent, knowledgeable, and honestly nice people I've ever had in the house. They got the job done, and beautifully so, in only two days but after the first day of watching the job I had no doubt the work would be perfect - and so it is. I wish every job I've had done on and around my home had a professional crew and salespeople exactly like Renuity sent!

If you are looking to replace a bathroom shower or bath tub, do yourself a favor and call Renuity-Chicago for an estimate appointment. I recently replaced my Master bedroom bathroom shower, and the tub in the Main bathroom. I couldn't have had a better experience than with Renuity! From the excellent presentation of the materials, process, and cost estimate to the completed project, Renuity provided above and beyond what was promised. I got several estimates, and Renuity proved to be the industry standard for quality product, personable and professional workers and installation, and great followup. I highly recommend Renuity!

The entire process from the initial consultation, review of the company and product selection, through the actual installation was well organized, thorough and professional. Most importantly they delivered a superior product that didn’t fall short of what I expected. The installation was completed in a timely manner. The installers Brian and Joe arrived on time and they were polite, kept me informed, knowledgeable and efficient. The door looks amazing!

Brian and Joe came out and installed all new windows in our home. Ive had quite a few different jobs done by others, and was left unsatisfied for many reasons. Not with these guys! They were super friendly and professional and the job was done better than I hoped. 10 out of 10 recommendation!

If you’re looking for an all-in-one new shower install, from design to demo to installation, Renuity is your place! Their product is fabulous, and each person on their team from sales people to project manager to installer was professional, kind, and thorough. We are so happy with our new shower! Highly recommend.

From the initial estimate to the installation was seamless. Every contact I had with the Renuity team was positive and the installation crew were perfectionist. The materials are a huge step up from the cheap plastic shower enclosures that were installed by the home builder. Renuity was neither the cheapest nor were the most expensive and provided an amazing upgrade to my house.

From the informative sales presentation and explanation of services by Rula, to the professionalism, expertise and craftsmanship of the installers, Renaldo & Marcus, we are thoroughly satisfied with our Renuity kitchen cabinet installation. We love our beautiful new kitchen cabinets, and the 15-year warranty gives us peace of mind!

Renuity is not your old school bath installation company. This is a whole new and surprisingly satisfying experience. From Andy, the seasoned and very professional and knowledgeable sales associate, to Agatha the scheduler, to Andres and John the installers, you could not ask for a better experience. Andy’s presentation before we placed the order (bath, shower and toilet) was first class. It covered every detail you would want to know about what you’re getting into. Once we signed the order, Renuity’s world-class well-coordinated customer-focused engine went to work. We were kept up-to-date as our product was designed, produced and scheduled. Andres and John the installers removed the old shower and tub and had the bathroom cleaned up for installation in 2 hours! The total installation took 2 days. The result was flawless work installing the best of the best of KOHLER walls, bathtub, fixtures and toilet! We could not be happier and are pleasantly surprised by what is usually a painful process!!

The 2 guys who came did not speak any English but used a translator on their phone. At first they did not know how they were going to complete the job because it was just a window placement on a upper floor. But they figured it out and replaced the window. Quite readily. Window now looks fantastic. They also tweaked one of my impact sliders that was not locking easily. That only took a few minutes and now it works great.
