Since all the hardware is on the left as user enters, I would prefer the handle on the glass door to be on the left of the sliding door as opposed to it being on the right. Thus, user slides it open using the handle which, by design, is on the right away from the user.

The whole process was seamless. Any time I had a question it was answered whether from sales rep, install team or service/management team. They make sure the job is 100% completed. The install team left the house spotless as well. Very professional all the way around and the windows themselves are beautiful. We couldn't be happier and absolutely recommend Renuity.

Gregory and team did an amazing job with our window install. The team was very attentive to ensuring that all areas of the home were protected from any damage or debris. They went through and cleaned everything afterward. The windows are excellent quality. We can tell a difference in the sound insulation they offer. We are very pleased with the product and service.

Joseley and his crew were exceptional! We had 6 hurricane doors installed. First they covered all door openings to insure no debris came into the house. Also all our furniture was protected with coverings. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up each area. Joseley is a true artist and you can tell by the way he uses the tools. We are so impressed with the final job that now we want Joseley to do our windows! They completed the project on time! This is a 10 stars review!!!!

Gregory and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new windows. They were very professional, reliable, and paid attention to detail. Marcelo and Luciano were extremely hard workers, and clean-up was superb!

Francisco and his crew were great replacing our 2 arch windows and 2 normal windows. They were professional and courteous. It was amazing how they prepped the house to minimize dust and messy floors.

Very professional and knowledgeable from day 1 of sales to installation day. Darian and his team installed 10 windows in our residence very detailed and at good pace. Protected our floors and furniture with paper and plastics. Job completed same day.

The 2 gentleman were very hard workers with proficiency professionalism and very courteous!!! We had 27 windows and front door replaced. The windows were upgraded from 2x2 frames to 2x4 frames with UV protection tint and double panes for better climate control. The workers covered everything and left ZERO mess prior during and after! Exemplary workmanship!!!

Diego R. Diego came today and his persistence paid off. Today he was able to install a screen on our new windows. He took charge of the problem and after many months he resolved the issue. We are finally able to open the window with the new screen that he installed. Diego is very professional and friendly. Thank you Diego for all your help.
