Daniel Gluck

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Daniel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Renuity.

Prior to Renuity, Daniel had an 11-year career as a private equity professional at York Capital, where he was most recently a Managing Director at the firm.  Daniel founded Renuity in early 2019 via an investment thesis he developed to establish a market leading business in the direct-to-consumer home improvement industry.  Daniel ultimately left York to become the full-time CEO at Renuity in mid-2020.  He started his career as an analyst in the Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs for several years.

Daniel holds a B.S. in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Daniel lives in the Charlotte area with his wife and three children.  Outside of work, Daniel is a devoted family man who spends his few precious moments of leisure outside of work or family either working out or watching his beloved Tennessee Volunteers.  He is also an avid reader, whose favorite book, The Hard Thing About Hard Things, he credits with helping to shape who he is as a CEO.

Andrew Faircloth

Chief Commercial Officer

Andrew serves as the Chief Commercial Officer, where he owns the financial performance for all divisions of Renuity. His team of division leaders drive the execution of growth initiatives and day-to-day revenue-generating operations across the country — from prospective customer consultations to final product installation. Andrew previously served as Renuity’s Head of Strategy where his team’s insights informed the enterprise roadmap, including growth and customer strategy, capability development priorities, and efficiency initiatives.

Before joining Renuity, Andrew served as COO of Arcos Properties, a sponsor of real estate and operating businesses, and General Partner & Head of Renovation for SFR3 Fund, a leading producer of affordable single-family rental homes in the US. Earlier in his career, Andrew spent several years in strategy roles at Uber and Bain & Company. Andrew holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Andrew lives in Charlotte with his wife and two children. Outside of work, Andrew is passionate about spending quality time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and gathering friends to enjoy great food, music, and sports together.

Eric Hayes

Chief Operating Officer

Eric serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Renuity where he leads national operations with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and transformational project execution. His team oversees key functions including supplier partnerships, customer experience, standard operating procedures, fleet management, safety, and enterprise-level project management.

Before joining Renuity in April 2022, Eric held leadership roles at Otis Elevator, United Technologies Corporation, Terminix, and Schindler Elevator. He holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from DePauw University and an MBA from Purdue’s Krannert School of Management, with a concentration in Operations and Finance.

Eric lives in the Charlotte area with his wife. Outside of work, he’s passionate about family time, tennis, global travel, and discovering local food and history wherever he goes.

Jess Simon

Chief People Officer

Jess Simon is the Chief People Officer at Renuity, where she leads enterprise-wide people strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in human capital and organizational leadership, she is known for building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and scaling people operations through periods of rapid growth and transformation.

Prior to joining Renuity, Jess served as Chief People Officer at RVO Health, a multi-billion-dollar health technology company headquartered in Charlotte. Her career also includes senior leadership roles at Red Ventures, Capital One, and Per Scholas, where she developed deep expertise across talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Jess holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a former Fellow for Emerging Leaders in Public Service at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Jess is also a certified Reformer Pilates instructor.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jess lives with her husband, son, and beloved Springer Spaniel. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, crafting a well-balanced Old Fashioned, and indulging a long-standing interest in 16th-century British history. She channels her creativity into designing immersive scavenger hunts and murder-mystery gatherings, tackling delightfully over-engineered art projects with her son, and assembling charcuterie boards that rarely survive the evening.

Mayank Rathi

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO of Renuity, Mayank leads the Product, Technology, Data, and AI strategy — or as he likes to describe it, “turning good ideas (and a lot of coffee) into great digital experiences.” Partnering closely with field and business leaders, he and his team focus on using technology as a force multiplier for growth, efficiency, and customer delight.

Prior to joining Renuity, he served as VP of Software Development at Advance Auto Parts, leading global teams that built modern cloud-based solution for 5,000+ stores and eCommerce businesses. His leadership and impact earned him recognition as one of Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for 2025.

Mayank holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Technology from ZHCET, AMU, India. He lives in the Charlotte area with his wife, two kids, and dog (the real CEO of the household). Outside of work, he loves traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with his family, often while explaining to his kids why “debugging” is a real-life skill.

Ryan Walsh

Chief Financial Officer

Ryan Walsh, CFA, serves as Chief Financial Officer at Renuity and has over 20 years of financial leadership experience across the business services, logistics and asset management industries.

Prior to Renuity, Ryan served as the CFO of American Tire Distributors, the largest U.S. replacement tire distribution business, where over the course of nine years he held progressive leadership roles in FP&A, Investor Relations, Treasury and Corporate Development. Prior to ATD, Ryan was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Modulaire Group / Willscot, the global leader in modular space rental. Ryan spent the first decade of his career in the investment industry at Goldman Sachs and Prudential Capital Group.

Ryan earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and received his Bachelor of Science, Commerce (Accounting & Finance), from DePaul University.

Ryan lives with his wife, three children and labradoodle in Charlotte. Outside of work and family time, you’ll find Ryan on the tennis courts at Olde Providence or cycling on the Greenway.

Logan Anderson

General Counsel

Logan serves as General Counsel for Renuity, where he also oversees the company’s Risk Management and Licensing groups, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across a growing national footprint.

With more than a decade of in-house legal experience, Logan brings deep expertise in construction law, commercial operations, and risk strategy at both national and international levels. Before joining Renuity, he led the legal and risk management functions for a private equity portfolio company in the petrochemical logistics sector, navigating complex regulatory landscapes and high-stakes commercial negotiations.

Logan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review, sharpening his analytical and writing skills early in his career.

A proud native of Louisiana, Logan now calls Charlotte, North Carolina home, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. Outside the office, Logan is passionate about family time, fitness, and indulging his inner gearhead by restoring classic cars—a hobby that combines precision, creativity, and a love for craftsmanship.
