Our remodeling of our shower/bathtub to a walk in shower and closet was a wonderful experience from the first sells person to the last worker that left our house. They were very polite, friendly and respectful to our family. Steve promptly took care of us when we decided to add on to the project at the last minute! So to him we owe a special thanks!

We are extremely pleased with the entire Kohler/Renuity experience. From the moment we completed the Kohler online request for a quote to the Renuity sales, project planning, installation and post sales, the communication was exceptional and the process was flawlessly executed. The result is a shower that exceeded our expectations and we love the "wow factor" of having a shower that rivals a luxury hotel.

From the very start of our installation experience which began with the introduction of salesperson Concenmari and her very thorough presentation of the history of the company and the products, we were impressed and knew that shopping around for a company to do the work was over. We desperately needed to get 3 sets of hurricane impact sliders for our home. We had been putting it off getting other upgrades done for our home and finally made the decision. We are so glad we chose Renuity. They kept us updated of the process from the permitting, to the products' manufacturing, and then the notice that they were ready for the installation.
The crew was efficient and mindful of our home and did a very good job of protecting our furniture and floors while the one-day installation was in progress.
Dax, the field manager was professional and also informative regarding what would follow as the work progressed to completion. Dax was true to his word every time we spoke and paid us a visit the day installation took place, the day of the inspection, and then a follow up visit as a check in. Impressive.
Once the crew was done with the initial installation, it was the time to wait for the county inspector to visit. This may have taken a few days or more depending on the availability of an inspector. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call that an inspector was available and a visit was set. That was about 5 days after the install. Once the inspector came and mentioned to my husband that the installation was done very well, and that he would like to have the same done for his home, that further sealed the deal for us .

Over the past 18 months, I've had a number of contractors performing various repair and upgrades to my home. Many have met my expectations and a number I've questioned why they have a license. By far and without question, reservation or hesitation the crew of Mr. Vicente, Mr. Manuel and Mr. Lisando not only exceeding my expectations, but set the bar for any and all to follow!

From their pleasant greeting upon arrival, to showing respect for my home by immediately removing their shoes, to their professional behavior and demeanor throughout the project. Again, by far the best experience I've had throughout this 18 month journey. I would go so far in saying, they truly represent the best one could expect from any craftsman hired to perform a service for you. They MUST be commended by company leadership!

We had previously worked with FHIA (Renuity) to replace our old windows with new impact-resistant windows and had a great experience, so we recently turned to them for a new front door. The salesman (Michael) was great to work with in selecting a beautiful, custom steel door with impact glass. The installers were very professional, replacing the door in just a few hours with zero damage. This was not a budget door, but we love the new appearance and have no doubt it has added to the value of our home.

I’m extremely pleased with my new windows and door. It’s hard to find a company that is not only honest, but someone that you can Depend on. But I have found it in Renuity! Freddie was my installer not only is he an excellent worker and does beautiful work but he’s polite very professional and just someone that we can all depend on. Sebastian, the manager was just as great. I explained our concern and why we wanted the best of the best and he didn’t hesitate to help me. Let’s just say I’m old enough to have had A lot Of workers add Freddie and Sebastian are the best. His work is beautiful. It looks perfect, And I know I sound like a broken record, but it’s true if you’re interested in Windows or strong protective doors they are the ones to call.

To be honest Price wasn’t cheap, especially for a small walk-in shower, but the workers were on time and finished in three days, Gariel and Saul did a wonderful job and didn’t leave anything behind. it was pretty clean when they finished the shower. I am happy with their work even though it was a bit pricey in my opinion. I still give it a 5 star because Gariel and Saul were on time all those three days, not like other workers I had in the past, either no call about being late or sometimes even no show. If Gariel and Saul didn’t do a great job, I would have give it a 4 and half star, because the shower head was so small, I ended up have to pay for a bigger shower head. overall I am satisfied with my new shower.
